I thought better ask this instead of spending time in figuring it out as you will have a ready answer. The question is, does Newspaper have a feature to create Question and Answer pages? If not, do you plan to add one? if the answers are No and No, I will have to look for a plugin. Thanks.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! Also, we do not have any plan for implementing this feature, sorry! You should try using some plugins which have this functionality and check how it will work for you.
