I suppose you are referring to Big Grid 7 -> http://screencast.com/t/nPVpVc078AJ7 Unfortunately, our theme does not have such option to achieve as you wish. All the settings for Big Grid you can find in Visual Composer, Big Grid Settings, like this-> http://screencast.com/t/Two0yoWutxo If you want to do some customizations, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this for you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment.

I mean to say , Can we have one fix spot for Hollywood in the 1st Row Top (currently 3 random video is showing) & 2 Row Can we have the 4th spot fixed for Hollywood

All the information that I explained you above apply for all the Big Grid elements. Please notice that the Big Grid is a whole single element with various thumbs that are included in it. This kind of element displays the posts and as you can see in Big Grid settings you have a Category filter and allows you to chose All Categories or from ONE category. Unfortunately, you cannot filter by two, three or more categories…and also, what you want to achieve it is not possible in our theme, sorry! If you want to have more filters within Big Grid Settings, you have to hire a freelancer/developer to implement this functionality for you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

If you want to sort your Big Grid by Multiple categories you have to add only the category ID’s wich you want to appear in your Grid, as you presented above and then you should find how to sort the posts of these categories from Sort order field, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/7pRhK1w4v They are all Grid settings. If is not what you mean and if you want to display more levels you need custom modifications and I suggest to hire a freelancer to do this for you as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry!

I have a very similar request to praxs4u. I am using Big Grid 8 on my test site: http://mobilenewscwp.co.uk/mobtest/. I need to fix a particular category on the bottom right box of the grid. Where are the grid files located?

Thaks for you prompt response. What I want to achieve is that the grid should display latest 6 posts from the News Category and the last box on the bottom right to display the latest post from the Video Category. If I wanted to change the code, where do I change it from?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such option to display your posts in Big Grid as you wish, sorry! As I explained above, Big Grid is a built in Visual Composer element, it is a very complex and is not a simple task to change our functionality. I don’t know wich is this plugin and also, I do not know wich is the plugin behaviour on our theme because it is not tested. You should try to find some plugins with this functionality and test it on your side how it works for you. Please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins. Also, you can follow the method that @mjaffer gave you above but is required custom modification.
