We use header ads in http://www.urbanista.com.tr for our clients. I received the ad this time as a code from the customer (normaly we took jps all the time)
But now they send me the code below. When I install it, there’s no problem with desktop pages. But in phone and tablet, I can just see the half of it.
What should we do?

I have inspected your website and I saw that your Ad is not responsive and that’s why you cannot see in mobile and tablet view. Notice that the theme only renders the ad code which is added in the Header Ads and do not influence the structure of it. You should contact the Ad provider and request to provide a responsive Ad code. so this code is just ok for desktop, not other devices i think. And should I tell them we need 2 other codes for tablet and phones? normally I told the sizes as 728×90. What should it be for phones and tablets?

If you are using other Ads than Adsense code you should use our classes because the theme will recognize them and it will be adjusted according to the device. Also, if you are using the Adsense code, please notice that you can manage the Ad size from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ejVqlBYn
