about mobile menu (NOT MOBILE THEME)

I added a new category to my desktop menu, but when I open the menu from the mobile device, the last category I added does not appear, that is, the menu is not up to date when I look at it from mobile. is the mobile menu organized from a different place? I couldn’t find it, I would appreciate your help.
