about visual composer

hallo i have trouble in visual composer, cant access visual composer while editing page. can your team help me solve the problem.

Please make sure that you’re using latest theme’s version available on themeforest, V 2.3.6 and also update Visual Composer plugin at V 4.11.2 which is included in theme’s path.
