Access Denied on License Panel (td_cake_panel) – New Purchase Code Available
Dear TagDiv Support Team,
I require urgent assistance to assign my new license key to my website. The site currently runs a legacy, unassigned license (Version 12.7.1).
I have purchased a new license to fix this security/update issue.
The problem:
I cannot access the registration page to enter my new code. When I try, I receive the error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I have already disabled my SG Optimizer plugin, but the error persists. I believe the restriction is on your end due to the old license conflict.
Could you please manually assign the license or advise on how to bypass this access restriction? I am ready to provide temporary Admin credentials if needed.

Please do not share the license key via the forum, only in private via email. I edited the key from the topic.
If you get a message like this“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” ,then you can solve this problem in this way:
go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
