accordion & tour scrolling error

Hello,

If you look on this dev URl ae . tripledm . com (remove spaces) go to Itinerary.

When you click the tabs/selection(s), the first 1 or two ok, then with the third it scrolls down very far below the content instead of keeping the text on the screen.

Please help! 😉

Sorry for this, was my mistake.
This is a known issue which already is on our issue tracker and theme’s developers works to fix it. We hope to find a solution in the shortest time possible.

The same problem is with others but also, if I use “TABS” as example, as alternative, then for some reason the tabs load but always 1 missing so I cannot use that as an alternative either.

The tab shows just now content shows inside it.

If you can let me know when you have found a solution as I have two websites affected.

I have installed the latest version of newsmag for a project and still having the same issue/problem with according and tabs.

The theme is not compatible with visual composers features in it’s current form.

When will you be solving the problems? There are a few now including the anchor link menu item problem (other post) and at this rate it does not seem like these problems are going to be resolved.

We’re sorry for this inconveniences but we still couldn’t manage to find a solution at this problem yet. The developers investigate the situation but in order to be fixed all theme’s grid must be rewritten. This involve a huge amount of work and also many tests on different devices and browsers. Rewriting an entire grid it’s not an easy task and must be done very carefully in order to obtain best performance in any situation and on multiple devices.
I can’t estimate a when this will be done but I can assure you that we do our best to find a solution in shortest time possible.

Is this forgotten about? It’s a real problem for both newspaper and newsmag yet you have made no effort to resolve this.
