The accordion there is for the layout and not for the frontend. For example: https://prnt.sc/hY9SKd6MkXyn the accordion helps me to make 2 sections of the acf fields(1 and 2). I hope it is more understandable now.

I am using repeater but text and text field in repeater content cannot be displayed in foreground. I also used shortcode as you said.
