Hi,
I am using the ‘Cali Sight’ edit of Newspaper theme, using the ‘tourisms’ function. However, when I activate the mobile theme, the posts do not contain any of the custom fields. Is there something I can do to improve this? I would like continuity across mobile and desktop.
Also, how can I remove the “tdcpt_tourism” from the url across all ‘tourisms’ to something more user friendly? Thank you!

Unfortunately, on mobile, you cannot use custom fields because the mobile theme is a simplified version.

I recommend creating your own CPT and taxonomies.

Can I ask one more unrelated question? After updating my theme, the password reset link brings me to a 404 error page, so I can only login to admin via wp engine. I tried pressing ‘save’ on permalinks as one article suggested but with no luck.
Any suggestions?
