We want an menu action button in main menu. I’ve found an ‘Call to action’ element, but that’s not what we’re after.

I want an easier way to highlight a menu item, than create new header. How to do that. It is not possible to add CSS to menu with newspaper theme, which would be one workaround to this.

If I understand correctly, you want to have a a button in your menu, something like this -> http://prntscr.com/owehyg if is so then you can use the multipurpose style header -> http://prntscr.com/oweiph -> http://prntscr.com/owej0f or you can use the header manager and tagDiv Composer and build the header how you like.
