activate problem

After purchasing this theme from envato, I installed it on the test server and activated it.
and i deactivated it and removed the theme from the test server.

after…

I installed the theme on the server to be actually operated and there is no activation tab. What if I only have a welcome, a plugin, and a support tab? How do I reactivate it?
