I’m having difficulty activating the theme, when I click on “Activate now” it goes to a page where it says “You don’t have permission to access this page.”
Another strange situation, I can’t edit the footer with the TagDiv Composer.

You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
