When attempting to activate the theme, I am presented with a screen asking me to register for support. At first, I just filled out the fields with my current support login info but that was rejected stating that the user info was already in use.
When I exit out of this screen, I again see the message asking me to register the theme so clearly it’s not working. How do I enter the purchase code without having to register for the support forum a second time?
