Hii!
I cant see that mine newspaper theme is installed right because the second categories are only: welcome, plugins, install demos, support, system status, theme panel. Activate theme is missing. Newspaper will not respond when I activate the theme? What can I do? I have tried to install and download exactly as youtuber do: Newspaper 8 Tutorial. I have done exactly the same thing the youtuber do.

Try to activate the Theme manually:

If the ‘activate theme’ section is missing, then your theme is already activated.
