I just bought the Newspaper theme to apply it on a website, it’s the second one I’ve bought, for another website.
My idea this time is to work on the theme on my localhost and when I have it ready, upload everything to the server.
The question is, should I activate the theme on my localhost or do I work without activating it and activate it once everything is uploaded to the server?

You need to activate the theme because you can’t install demos or import templates.
Normally you can have that license assigned on two websites at the same time, but if you give unassign and assign it to one site, and it will be active on that site, then a message appears and you have to wait to expire that time to be able to assign the license to another website.
