Activate Top Menu on Mobile Menu

First, thanks form the Newspaper theme!
Second, How to activate the Top Menu on Mobile Menu? I need the two menus, top and main menu, displayed on mobile mode.

Hi,

The top menu is not intended to display on mobile. It could be made to appear with some custom CSS, if it is absolutely required. You can try the solutions from these topics

Same problem but the links to possible solutions are now 404 links.
