Activating licence – No domains associated with your license key

Hi,
I would like to ask for your help to activate the template I bought. As you can see above in the title, the template is not associated with the domain. What shall I do?

Hi,

Please check the console and see if there is an error. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause.
Also, please try to reset the key from the system status and activate the theme again.
