hello i bought the newspaper theme today. uploadded it. tried using cloud templates. was told is need to activate the theme. tried to activate and all i got is,”you are not allowed to use this page”. Help me here
Hello, guys i purchased this theme but there is no provision for activation and yet when i go to cloud templates i find that my envato key is either missing or invalid and then “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Given that you are not replying am wondering did you just just take my money and provide me with a basic theme
if making a reply to my concerns is a problem to you at least refund my money. At least when a person pays for a service and product you have marketed its only good that they find it there.
In my case there is no activation area at the dashboard under newspaper and yet cloud templates require the theme to be activated. So did you sell to me junk?
