Hi,
I cannot activate Newsmag, it’s loading and loading. There’s no plugin activated besides the td composer.
The manual activation failed, too.
What can we do?

Hi luke-tt,
Is possible to be something that is blocking the theme activation, you can check the console when you try to activate the theme, it can be a 404 or 403.
If you agree we’ll like to take a look at this situation, for this please make sure that you have a full backup for your website and contact us at contatct@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and cPanel, also include the license key and this topic to can identify you.
