Hi. I hope someone from Support can help. I recently bought the Newspaper theme but am unable to activate it. Being new to all this, I typed in the wrong digits repeatedly, until I got an error message. I realised my mistake and copy and pasted (wish I had done this to start with!) into the activation box. However, I keep getting an error message – Too many requests from your IP.
Can someone please help? I need my IP resetting on your servers or some way to activate my license.
