I used the activation code from localhost to redesign the theme. When I move it to my hosting account it gives the following warning.
“You have reached the maximum activation count. Please contact us via contact@tagdiv.com and we will solve this ASAP. Sorry about this.”
I have sent the required information to contact@tagdiv.com.
Tagdiv team are you there? Did you cut off customer support? Here or you do not reply to my e-mail. You’re wasting my time on my project!

I already said to you these words in your previous topics.
You can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

Hello, I know your support time and hours. I already use my license for a single product and fulfill the license terms. Problem; You have set a license activation limit for even a single product. This is against license terms. They reactivated my license via email.
