Activation Problem?

Hello,
I just have activated theme for my site, but it show i have reached the maximum activation count. What is that ?
I only use NewsPaper on 2 site: one for development, one for production. I think it occurs bescause i re-install your theme and activated it too many time on my development site.

I have sent a message to your support mail but there is no reply.
Can you fix it ?

I have activated via manual activation method. But why don’t you reset activation count for me ?
