Dear Support team,
I have had a pop up box tell me that I need to activate my purchase code, but this is the second time I have received this even though I activated the theme again a week ago, and now has popped up yet again? is there any way of stopping this.

Hello,
Maybe the activation process did not complete. The activate theme setting must disappear after the activation is complete: https://www.screencast.com/t/pLYyKhco8s
If that menu item is still available it means the activation s not completed successfully.
