is it possible to show on every page and post an ad above the footer?

You can use the do_shortcode function in the files corresponding with the post/page template that you’re using: http://screencast.com/t/gzwZfuAHz

echo do_shortcode('your shortcode ad');

To get the shortcode add an ad box into a blank page then switch in backend editor copy and paste this code: http://screencast.com/t/Kcqsjk9C7xbU inside do_shortcode function.
