Ad box shows up twice on mobile devices

Hi,
we are using an ad box with a responsive code from rental cars for a car hire search box. It works fine on the desktop version of our site (www.florida.nu), but not for mobile devices. There the search box shows up double, one right after the other. We only want it once, obviously.

Please tell me why this is and how I can fix it.

it is the big rental cars search box (where you can find cars to hire). Please compare on this post desktop and mobile:

On the desktop it shows up normal, as it is supposed to look, but if you look at the same post on a mobile phone, this box is there twice, one after another. How can we fix this?

Which ads are you referring to (that can interact with the codes)?
Also: where exactly did you find the two frames that are not correctly loaded?
