How can I make long add element? 728×90.
What element should I add to have it in that dimension on my homepage?

Hello,
You can add an adbox element from visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/pGpcCwybfoXu and select a custom ad spot: http://screencast.com/t/90xyuon1rc1. Make sure you have an ad in the theme panel custom ads section you selected.

Our theme was built to work with adsense but you can use custom ads as well
