Please provide the link to your website. Maybe you have a header cloud template, and that is why the ad is not displayed.

Note I have removed the theme ad code for now but you will see a banner ad on the home page which i have done using an ad box module. This only appears on the home page sadly as otherwise I would be happy to use this as a solution. Perhaps there is a way?

Thx but I cannot find a way of doing that. I understand the principle but when i drag the ad box i cannot find a placement option in the header other than under the logo which of course is nonsense. Can you elaborate please?
