Ad rotate on Front page

I want to use Ad Rotate for my entire newspaper theme site. The plug-in works great on the posts, and category pages and pretty much every other site but the front page. I and my developer are having trouble inserting ad rotate ads into the front page ad spots — the header ad and multiple sidebar ads. The documentation is not real helpful. Do we just insert the ad rotate php code in the ad box element — or what? Whatever we are doing doesn’t seem to be working.

Just use a raw HTML element and put the AdRotate short code in there. Or, create something like widgetized sidebar, then in the sidebar, put AdRotate widget into the custom sidebar.

I use AdRotate Pro and it’s very easy – as Chris S said – in my case I use the Adrotate shortcode directly in the spots chosen via Theme Panel

And for sidebar use the widgets from AdRotate and drag them onto it – as many as you like – see westbridgfordwire.com and let me know if you have any questions

Header, leaderboard, and post inline are all used, some with ‘Groups’ that rotate – again the plugin provides a shortcode for the group – it has never failed me on any Newspaper version – provided you update it properly (the plugin) when he sends one out

Shortly I’m removing sidebar ads on homepage though – there is also one tagdiv widget I think for one sidebar ad. For if you don’t need multiple…

Can you (or an admin) please provide more specific instructions on how to insert an AdRotate shortcode?

Where, in the non-adsense code do I put this info: <div class=”td-all-devices”>

I’ve tried it several different ways without success thus far.
