I have the free version of AdRotate installed and I have been able to get the ads placed, but upon clicking the ads – instead of taking me to the site it takes me to a 404 error.
It feeds me back to myurl.com/linkedurl.com.
How would this be fixed, as far as I know I have used the correct html code.

Hi,
I have checked your site and the link work properly for many ads, no 404 error. You don’t use the full url for header ad that’s why you have this issue, includes http:// should not be any issues – http://screencast.com/t/weWsgsQDBB
