Where in the template can I add an Ad section on the home page and post pages Before or After the menu area?

I want an ad section above or below the menu. How do I change this in the template or add custom ads. How to update the template to see ads.

Ok looks like the shortcode is what I need, however, I do not see the file header styple files you mention to edit in my Newsmag theme editor view. Please advise.

Those files are not available in wordpress editor, you will need to edit the required file on your computer then upload it on the server via ftp in your-wp-install-wp-content/themes/Newsmag/parts/header
Before making any changes in your site make sure you do a full backup to your current wp-install and the database also: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
