When I add the url for the ad image, it eitherr goes blank or defaults back to you theme url

Please note that we try to answer to as meany topics we can (support hours (GMT+2) are from Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM also we had a day off https://i.imgur.com/rpUAb5G.png), we start from the oldest to newest.

andone the url just dissapears, please click the banners and see where they go, please enter a url for the images, save and watch what happens.

Make sure that you set the full url and everything will work (example of full url => https://www.google.com/ and partial url that will not work -> http://www.google.com/ )

when you clicked the banner it is going to your envato page for thid theme, I have it the url to go to: https://www.vampire.com/ , it does not,
this happenes for every banner ad

This my be a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
