Ad url's give a 404

Hello guys and girls at tagDiv,

I have put the following code in the ads section of the theme panel:

On the website the hyperlink, after clicking the ad, looks like this:
https://www.afvalgids.nl/“https://booking.evenementenhal.nl/nl/recycling-2019/gorinchem/exposant?utm_source=derden&utm_medium=nieuwsbrief-banner&utm_campaign=derden-nieuwsbrief-banner-Afvalgids_nieuwsbrief_boekuwstand_18_6”

In the output url our site adres is placed in front and gives a 404
What am I doing wrong???

Hi,

Please make sure that the link that you have set on the banner is correct and is working normally and that link exist, from what I can see there is the problem, please check it and let me know the results!

Just copied and pasted de URL with two ‘ ad the start and finish of it.
Will it had to be ”
