Could you please guide in order to configure 4 specific pages at the top of my homepage with the same design as the 3 random posts in https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_lifestyle/

That is a big grid, displayed on top of the page you mention. There are many big grids and full big grids you can choose from, and place on pages

Cycle through the models to see all the grid types.
