I have a welcome page that is different from the other pages. It will only have a background image (only applied to that page) and two links.
But when I apply a background image, it’s displayed on the bottom of the page, after all the content. Is there a way to have it like this ? http://souvenirs.vincent.voyage/ (this is the maintenance mode, template i would like to use)

There are a great deal of plugins out there that provide a maintenance mode or coming soon page. Our theme does not have any options for this and plugins are the easiest choice of adding a maintenance mode page. Plugins are the reason features are missing from themes as there is no need to add something in your theme when there are tons of plugins that already offer this possibility.
