I want to add a link and maybe a small text below each video. is it possible to add it on our website. Or if I add it to youtube video summary,somehow show it here.

Sorry but the video playlist does not provide any such implementation. The playlist cannot show a custom text for each video nor a video summary. Sorry. In this case you can try searching for a plugin that can offer the functionality you seek but I cannot make any recommendations.
