Hello,
I would like to add a field to the “leave a review form”. Here is the actual form (https://i.ibb.co/K5RMrgL/reviews.png). Is there a way to add another field.

Hello,
I think there is a misunderstanding. I want to add an additional field to the form “leave your review” not a title or text.
So I want to have 5 fields instead of 4 (the current form has 4 fields like you can see in the screenshot : https://i.ibb.co/K5RMrgL/reviews.png)
Current form fields (4 fields) : Title, description, name or company name, and email.
What I want is (5 fields) : Title, description, name, company name, email.
