Hello Mariano Jonte,
If you want to place the widget with more popular notes on the sire, notice that you should try using the widget sidebar setup from Widget setting with an element with more popular sort order, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MhbJxrVPRWYl Use the do_shortcode method according to this one ->
do_shortcode ('[vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id="td-default"]');
