I want to insert some videos in my homepage, but I don´t want to take the risk of the site being overloaded, so I want that the video appears in a new page when the user clicks in the video to see it.
How can I do that?

Create video posts, then put them into a ‘featured video’ category, create a block on home page from ‘featured videos’ — anyway that’s how we do it 😉

Thanks for your fast answer, but I think that you didn´t get the point: if I do like you said, the video will be seen in a new page that is still “inside” my site, so the site will be easily overloaded. So, in order to avoid this, I need that the video will be opened in a new page that doesn´t belong to the site (for example, if my video was taken from Youtube, I want that the video will be seen on the page of Youtube).
Can you help me again, please?…

Well you can add images of the videos if you want and link them directly to the youtube link. You can use the single image element of visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/ciIe7lAgvP
