oh sorry, the post itself is the ad 🙂 it’s an article that pre-sells the product or a service. in order to stay complaint with rules I need put 2 disclaimers:
1. on the top of the article (above the breadcrumb) I need place -Advertorial-
2. on the bottom I need to place something like this “This is a not a real news. bla bla bla bla….”
I don’t need to use build-it ads sections at all.

So if I understand correctly you want to change a post template for these type of posts, if is so, with Newsmag theme this can be achieve only making changes in theme core, therefore you’ll need to edit loop-single-x.php and single_template_x.php xis the number of style, these files can be found in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php
Also will be recommended to use a child theme, in this way when you’ll make a theme update, the changes will be not lost.
