I wish to a click-able mobile icon (16×16 or 32x32px) next to the search icon so it can redirect to Google Play Store of my App. Where do I make changes in the source code?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for your desire, sorry! If you want to redirect your search icon functionality to a plugin, you need more additional customizations in order to achieve as you want in header-menu.php core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/CrVnHtUTsO5 which involves custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware to the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this for your because we cannot provide custom services at the moment or try to find some plugins with this functionality and try to adjust it on our theme.
