I am trying to add Apple Pay to Stripe payments on my site and being asked to upload a file to the following location:
jazzjournal.co.uk/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association
Can you tell me where I find that location? It doesn’t exist in a browser.

You need to FTP the file to the ‘root’ of your hosting space. The same place usually the original install for WordPress and wpconfig.pho is located.
often something like
/httpdocs/public/.well-known
Ask your hosting provider. Nothing to do with the theme.
