How do I add author photos next to the author’s name on the front page and at the top of all post pages?

Hello,
Unfortunately the theme has no such option. You can either find a plugin that can do it or hire a freelancer to hard-code it. Sorry. The plugin version will only work on posts as our modules and blocks from the homepage are custom made and plugins cannot recognize the code as they are built for standard wordpress code. (This is the case with all premium/custom made themes)
