add background picture and is not working

Hi,
i have the last update of wordpress and newsmag

I use style 1

i add a picture background in background section and we dont see the picture in the site. I use comet cache, i clear the cache and still see nohting ?

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also check the browser console while you’re saving the settings in theme panel. Check if there appear any errors relate with the theme, usually should appear a 403 or 404 error.
