I really want to add “block 7” below the single blogpost text and comment sectin.

Unfortunately is no option for this, the block has been designed to work on pages, so it can be added only on pages using Visual Composer plugin.
You can try this solution, but will appear to all of your posts that are using that post template:
Use pagebuilder to customize your block, then switch to classic mode and get the shortcode: http://screencast.com/t/YgZ9wlj4U3
Now use echo do_shortcode('your shortcode') and place it in you post template like this: http://screencast.com/t/7Rrq0TMI
