do you know how to add on Newspaper 8.2 a sort of popup with CyberMonday ads on mobile?

Hi,

That could only be done with a pop-up plugin, there are no settings in the theme for something like this. Maybe try some plugins that have options like this and configure a pop-up to appear as you wish.
