How do I add the block headers according to the block header template? For some reason they do not exist on my blocks even though it is turned on in “block settings”

Thanks for this, how do I then add all the sub categories? E.g. I would like to have a section for e.g. “Food” and then sub-categories e.g. “Pizza”, “Pasta” etc.? Similar to what I have seen on your live demo sites
