Hi, I get two problems to adjust your Theme.
1. Weather widget on top menu can only be set to “C” and I tried to set to “F” from the control panel. and the weather info on top menu disappeared. Please check it out.
2. How to add custom image in front of BLOCK TITLE？ Now, by default, the setting is Text only.

1. If you click the widget in the “C” you can change it to “F” but you can choose the default one as well from the top menu section of the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/YdhNWUIDLo
I tested this feature on my end but could see no issue.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
2. There is no simple way of adding an image inside the block titles, sorry. You cna add a font awesome icon, but we have not tested an image inside that field:
