Add custom text on the top menu bar

Is it possible to add text in between the social icons and the top menu bar: e.g. FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!
Something like this.

Hi,

You could insert that text or content after top menu, by editing the file responsible. Like this for example – https://www.screencast.com/t/HHEkbCYdK
It will appear after the top menu items – https://www.screencast.com/t/4iPDDNPlxQgM
Then you could further style it and customize it the way you want
