Add Form To Bottom Of Blog Post

I was wondering how I can have a signup form automatically show at the bottom of every blog post on the site.

I am using MailChimp WP plugin and would like to add a form straight from there to the bottom of the blogs.

Hello abarrell,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to have a signup form which automatically shows at the bottom of every blog posts on the site, sorry! Also, the MailChimp plugin is not tested with the theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! So, if you are using the Blog mode(Your Latest Posts) for your website and if you want to add some options there, please notice that you should edit the theme core files corresponding with Blogs and add there your conditions (shortcodes). In this case, you should edit the index.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/RGmUH9wUHB
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
