I add GTM code to backpanel ayalytic , I also try custom JSS. it is not works.
there have warming in Tag Assistant
Invalid or missing account ID /
HTTP response code indicates tag failed to fire: Status 404. This could be due to an empty or un-published container
but all setting is correct . my other site is no problem just this theme.
any one could help me to fix it ?

Please make sure that you follow google official documentation regarding tag manager setup: https://developers.google.com/tag-manager/quickstart – https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/6103696?hl=en clear all caches and test again.
If you still can’t manage to solve this issue please provide more details and we will try to find a solution.

According with google documentation the script for tag manager must be added immediately after the body tag. In our theme the body tag start in header.php file so you can try to add your code here: http://screencast.com/t/nHxJfgt1uOy If the problem persist you should address at google’s support and ask them for more details regarding this code implementation.
Also you can test it with a default theme and check how it works.
